The place was exactly as described. It was a very well appointed place, the amenities even included high chairs, baby crib, iron and ironing board, coffee and tea, oil and vinegar. Our group loves to eat and cook, and for the first time, we did not have to buy our cooking supplies. The host was also very responsive and addressed our queries quickly. The only thing I would recommend is to change the door knob of the 2/F bathroom to allow for locking. Otherwise, the place was almost perfect.

An absolutely amazing stay for my family at Great Gull's. Gerard was a tremendous host; responsive, polite and frankly a joy to communicate with. We had a large family groups staying with us for an extended wedding weekend. Our place served as the hub for my family and it could not have been better. The house is exactly as described with 5 bedrooms, two living rooms and kitchens and a fantastic yard that makes it so easy to host. The location is amazing. Walkable to the Borough of Stonington, a 5 minute ride to Mystic and 10-15 minutes to Westerly. It was the hub of Stonington/Mystic wedding festivities. We've stayed in many AirBnBs and there are many we loved but this place is special and it was truly hard to leave. We'd come back in a second!

Great stay. The host was super responsive this was perfect for a Christmas holiday with two kitchens and two separate living spaces. Even with a big snow storm the host had the driveway clean early in the day. Would book again very cute, short walk to the water in stonington

We loved our stay in Stonington! We were a large group of adults and children and there was more than enough space for us to utilize! The soccer field across the street got a lot of use with the kids, and we were walking distance to playgrounds and restaurants. Close to all Mystic activities. Our host was communicative and super responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend it more. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—quiet and charming, yet close to downtown Stonington, Mystic, great restaurants, shops, and the water. The host was excellent: responsive, welcoming, and full of helpful local recommendations. The space itself was spacious with a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our two families + pup thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchens - with spices, coffee and creamer, tea, as well as anything you need to prepare dinner (even a cheese grater, which I needed!). WiFi was great (no complaints from our teens) and TVs included streaming subscriptions so we could watch all sorts of holiday movies and sports. Great location - so close to Mystic and walkable to quaint Stonington Borough & the lobster trap tree. Appreciated the stress-less checkout. Thanks so much for having us!

This was a fantastic place for a large group attending events at the winery down the street. We hosted our rehearsal dinner and farewell breakfast indoors due to rain. While the outdoor space is beautiful, the weather didn’t cooperate—but the indoor space was more than sufficient and comfortable for our group. Communication with Gerard was excellent throughout. We would absolutely recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

Family of 4 and family of 3 rented out the double unit and had a great stay! Hosts were responsive and very flexible with check in time. Cute and quiet little town, good fit for our group. Home was very clean! No clutter, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area. Easy to access Mystic and the various activities. Host provided great restaurant options. Flexible for check out time as well! Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Gerard was awesome - provided detailed instructions in advance, replied instantly to questions, and was very accommodative to requests like late check-in/check-out based on availability. The place was very clean, and we enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen.

I can't say enough how perfect this spot was for our family weekend! Plenty of room for all inside, with a great yard for the grandchildren to run around. The host was very helpful and attentive; the walking distance to shops in town was just right; the historic charm of the town was amazing, and the beach was beautiful! If we are looking for a spot in this area again we will definitely try to book this house again!

We booked the whole house so I could bring my family together over Labor Day weekend to celebrate my 75th birthday. 8 adults and 4 kids ages 9,8 and 2 5 year olds. Everyone felt very comfortable. The house was spotless, with each unit having a well equipped kitchen. Once the kiddos picked their bunk beds , everyone was able to settle in comfortably, with the adults saying the beds were very comfortable. My husband and I took the attic main suite which has a king bed, an ensuite and a desk nook if work is needed. The house is full of sunlight, with split a/c in each room. Smoke detectors are where they need to be. I noticed baby gates near the stairs. High chairs are provided.If you rent the whole house, be prepared for walking up and down stairs. There is a lovely, fully fenced backyard/ patio with comfortable tables, chairs couches and plenty of room for kids to run around. Right across the street is a soccer field to play in , if empty. It's a short drive (4 minutes) to historic downtown Stonington, a beautiful town that takes you right back to early America. DuBois beach is the town beach, small but lovely (15 per adult, free for kids under 18). There is a terrific playground near the water where the boats dock.Gerard is a top notch host, checking in via message to see how we were doing, providing information, helpful reminders and a warm attitude. This is a great rental either whole house or either unit. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely property.
