Location! Location!Location! Quiet and spacious home just a short walk to downtown! 2 minutes by car to seaport, and 5 minutes to old Mystic village and aquarium. House is well equipped, and communication was top notch. Had a blast!

The townhouse was PERFECT! It felt just like home. We appreciated the townhouse coming with all the essentials you need during travel like dish soap, sponges, coffee, towels. The tv had awesome selections and I loved that I could connect my phone so we could have a baby shark jam session LOL! The location was perfect. 5 mins to everything we wanted to do. Gerard was extremely friendly and gave us great suggestions. We loved the guidebook. Drawbridge ice cream and the Engine Room were out of this world! Thank you for an awesome stay!

We had a great stay in the Mystic townhouse for our daughter’s graduation weekend for our family. Loved the coastal decor, cleanliness, location and Gerard was super responsive & flexible. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the Mystic area.

I have only great things to say about this property! The hosts were lovely and so responsive to my questions. They checked in halfway through our trip just to see how it was going and if they could offer us any suggestions for things to do. The house was exactly as described too and everything was clean and worked as it should. The location is great too, it’s a super quick walk to the downtown area and the Amtrak station too. We will be back!!

A group of 7 of us stayed at this property for 3 nights in mid Aug. It was the perfect location, only about 5-10 min walk from downtown Mystic, a block from a CVS, and roughly 15 min drive from Olde Mystick shopping area. Among us were a couple 80-somethings, a couple 50-somethings and a couple 30-somethings, and we all agreed the house was great. Check in was easy with the electronic key pad. The bedrooms were well appointed, clean and comfortable - each with it’s own AC, and plenty of pillows and blankets. There are 2 full bathrooms - one on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd. Both were spotless, great water pressure, plenty of towels. Kitchen amenities, TV, parking lot with plenty of spots, and outside seating - all as described. We would love to stay again, and really appreciated how well Gerard and team communicated and answered questions.

My husband, daughter (2.5 yo) and I had a great stay at Gerard’s place. The location is wonderful, so close to the drawbridge and downtown Mystic. We loved how walkable everything was. The home is in good shape and was very clean. We appreciated the large kitchen and high chair. Checking in and out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again! Of note to future guests: the stairs upstairs are quite steep; we noticed some street noise at night, and some of the bedroom doors stick/would not close all the way.

Our stay was perfect. The home had everything we needed and then some. It was recently renovated and everything was fresh, clean and charming throughout. The attention to details with the decor made it so very welcoming, charming and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook all meals. All guests in our party commented about the comfortable beds. We look forward to booking another stay here!

We had a lovely time at the this newly renovated townhouse and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house is welcoming, has everything one would need, is beautifully decorated and perfectly located. You can easily walk to downtown Mystic and many great restaurants are in the vicinity. The house has a quintessential New England style and every room is decorated individually and tastefully. This is a great place for a family vacation or get together with friends or family.

This townhouse was a flat walk into downtown Mystic. It is approx. a 5 minute walk. The townhouse is pet friendly. It was very clean and had everything needed for a stay. The decorations and utilities were top of the line. The host was very responsive to all correspondence.

We had a fantastic long weekend in Mystic! The property’s location is great. It is a short walk to the drawbridge/downtown and a short drive to the aquarium and Olde Mystic Village. However, it is far enough from downtown that it is quiet at night. I can’t say enough good things about the property itself, either. The apartment was absolutely spotless and the A/Cs were on for us when we arrived so it was cool and pleasant to be there right away. We enjoyed gathering in the living room and on the front porch and felt like there was plenty of space. The three bedrooms were well-sized and beds & pillows very comfortable. In-unit laundry was a big plus. Lastly, Gerard is a top-notch host! He was accessible, thorough, and accommodating. We hope to return! Thank you, Gerard!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay! From the location (walking for grown ups and scooting for the kids) that meant easy evening walks to take in the sunsets and ice cream and short drives to nearby attractions, to the decor of the home and all the amenities provided...it was just an all around great stay and we look forward to coming back again soon! Gerard is a fantastic host, friendly and knowledgable. I cannot more highly recommend staying here!

this is a great apartment. the location is a 5 minute walk from town but you don't have to deal with the traffic of town. there is a great patio. the beds were comfortable and furnishings were very nice also.

We had such a wonderful time out this downtown Mystic property. The location is amazing. Literally steps from downtown. We were thrilled to be able to bring out pup along with us and enjoyed walking her around the beautiful neighborhood and downtown. The property is just as described and pictured. It is spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed was right there! We enjoyed spending time on both the porch and the patio. We felt very safe. Communication was ongoing and Edward was available if we needed him. Thank you Edward and the Great Gull team for sharing this property with us!

Excellent location to see all of Mystic!

This spot was perfect for a friends getaway. The location is great, parking was easy with space for four cars in the driveway, and check in and check out was smooth. Everything was just as pictured, the place was very clean, and the outdoor patio seating was perfect for enjoying coffee and donuts. Plenty of space to hang out and be social when we weren’t out and about. It was close to town, but quiet. Beds were very comfy, which is always nice. Host was very communicative and we enjoyed our stay a lot!

This is the second time we stayed at this townhouse. The host, Gerard was amazing and very responsive to all of our needs. Plenty of space for the family and everything we can ever need. Very close to the bridge just a short flat walk. We will definitely be back.

Location, location, location...Mystic is a beautiful town and being just a few blocks from the waterfront was wonderful. The house was perfect for my wife and me and our two daughters and their small families! There is ample parking, a nice outdoor area and room enough in the house so no one felt cramped. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in town!!!

This was our third time back at this townhouse. We cannot say enough about our host Gerard. It is in the best location. so clean and had everything we needed. We definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely be back.

This was a great Airbnb for our group of 7 plus one toddler! Great location, furnished well, and the hosts were incredibly responsive! We had no issues, would definitely stay again with a larger group.

Property has a lot of character, has been renovated beautifully and is well stocked. Location was excellent. The Sonos/Alexa system wasn't working for the first half of our stay, but communication with management was great and they did their best to help. Overall we enjoyed our stay! Couple of things I wish I had known. The stairs are super steep, and were quite challenging for the seniors in our group, so this is not a great fit for anyone with mobility challenges. Secondly, the listing indicates that there are 2 full baths in the second floor but that's not correct (one of them is on the first floor).

We had a great last minute trip to Mystic and this Great Gull apartment was the perfect base for exploring the town and making daytrips around the area. We have two young kids and appreciated the supplied travel crib and high chair. We had more than enough space, the place is huge and offers great flexibility on the sleeping arrangements for larger groups as well. Our 4yo loved the bunk bed setup! The apartment was clean throughout, kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor propane grill set up and ready to go. Management team quick to respond and checked in several times during the stay to make sure we had gat we needed. Was also nice to have beach towels and the washer and drier in the apartment. It’s a quick 5 minute walk to the historic heart of town, easy to go out to restaurants without having to deal with parking. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a base to check out the area around Mystic!

Gerard was awesome to work with. Before my reservation, he sent me all the information about the place and town. I asked if we could come a bit early to set up and we were able to get in three hours early! Throughout the stay he checked in with me often. The place was clean and nice with AC units in every room. He provided a nice welcome kit as well. There were some small holes in the floor which was a bit strange. Overall great host and great place! Highly recommend

We rented this property in January and got a great deal. The townhouse was spotless and clutter free. What a great location, walk-able to downtown Mystic with so many shops and restaurants and a quick drive to the museums. This townhouse (one side of a duplex) is on two floors with beautiful old original wood flooring but with all the modern updates in the bathrooms and kitchen. Two full bathrooms with showers (no tub). The three bedrooms (upstairs) are as described with smart TVs in every room and in the living room. For the summer there is likely plenty of seating for meals with the outdoor patio furniture. For us, in the winter with 7 people (3 adults and 4 kids) we had to split between 4 at the small round table in the kitchen and 3 sitting in the living room. But this suited our needs since we were there to enjoy the many restaurants close by and only ate in the house for breakfast.

Wonderful spot! A short walk to restaurants and shops. Bed were super comfortable. Would stay again!

Super Host! The best Airbnb experience we've ever had. The home is centrally located in Mystic, walkable to all the stores, restaurants, playgrounds, etc. Excellent location! Very flexible with our check-in. We hit NYC traffic and arrived in the later evening, zero issues. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed at and with three little kids (one crawling) it was so nice to have a clean house. Great floorplan with the family spaces downstairs and bedrooms upstairs (nice touch with the kiddie gates - we used those frequently). Plenty of space in the upstairs bedrooms. The whole house is perfectly laid out. You don't need to bring anything, they've thought everything through for you and it's all provided. The bathrooms have soap, shampoo, towels, makeup towels, etc. The kitchen has everything you could ever need (thank you for having actual paper towels). Gerard was excellent to work with. If you're going to Mystic - this is the house you want.

This was our second time staying at a Great Gull property and we couldn't have been happier with the house and hospitality! The house was comfortable, clean and a very short walk to downtown Mystic. Great location within a short walk to the main areas. Pop Over Cafe nearby with a very friendly staff, good food and great drinks (hot chocolate, peach palmer). Gerard was very responsive with any inquiries I had including restaurants, things to do, etc... Although the house is old, appliances and bathrooms are modern and beds are very comfortable. They also provides little kits in case your forgot things for personal hygiene. Would book again in the future.

Phenomenal location. Perfect middle ground between the Mystic Seaport Museum and downtown Mystic. The hosts were very thoughtful with communication, and all the little details in the house when we arrived. We will be back.

This location cannot be beat. Park and then walk to downtown or the Mystic Seaport attraction. This half house is set up for as families as well as couples. The kitchen is well appointed and there are laundry facilities as well. There are two bathrooms, both with walk in showers. Linens and towels were provided as well as some things one have forgotten or need in a pinch. Gerard was a great host, very communicative and willing to offer suggestions. The unit is immaculate. The bedrooms have large beds. This unit will hold 7 people without anyone feeling cramped. There are inside and outside lounge areas. This was a very easy location to use as a home base as well as feel at home.

The Coates is a great place to stay. It was very clean and beautiful decor. Gerald is a wonderful host. Always friendly and attentive. Our favorite part of this house is the front porch where you can just sit and relax all day. We will definitely be bqck next year.

Our stay at the Coates Suite was wonderful. Location within Mystic was great, easy walking distance to downtown. Gerard is an excellent host, very responsive and quick to reply to messages and any of our needs. The suite was very clean, bright and cheerful. The townhome was very convenient to the Mystic train station and historic downtown. The home has all the necessities for a lovely visit.

We stayed here for the USCGA parents’ weekend. Two families comfortably shared the space. The location was perfect. It was a quick walk to downtown, including Sift, drawbridge ice cream, and all of the great shops. We definitely hope to stay here again! Thank you Gerard for checking in on us, letting us check in early, and check out late allowing our cadets to sleep in and the rest of us time to enjoy the town. This is everything you’re looking for in an Airbnb!

If you're visiting Mystic, this is a beautiful quaint home within walking distance to the downtown area. Although this is a historic home, it's been renovated and offers a lot of modern features. The property manager went above and beyond to make sure we felt right at home, and checked in on us everyday. Mystic speaks for itself, so waking up every morning and walking 5 minutes into town was amazing. I would definitely bring my family back on our return trip.

Absolutely WONDERFUL place to stay! Gorgeous townhome within walking distance to everything in Mystic. The house was spotless and had anything you could ever need! Even a pack and play for our little one. Love that it is dog friendly as well, such a nice touch to have the little baggies right outside too. Very easy to get in and get settled, Gerard was very responsive and sent a list of great places to eat. I could not recommend this place enough, would absolutely stay again! Can’t wait to come back.

My family and I had a great weekend getaway. Our stay was like a home away from home. Clean and tidy, comfy beds and linens, plenty of room to relax. The home is within walking distance to a CVS, which also has some food, beverages and snacks. Easy to walk to Popovers for breakfast, or have delivery if required. Navigating to the Aquarium and Old Mystic Villiage was a breeze, just a 5 min ride. I did notice a few Lyfts/Ubers driving around if one needed, they are available in the area. We really enjoyed seeing the Aquarium and the Villiage lit up at night for the holidays. The Lobster Trap Christmas tree was a quick fun visit, be sure to see it during the day to see all the hand crafted bouy's, and then at night when it's lit up and magical. If I were to return to Mystic, I would stay again at this Airbnb, or at another that is hosted by Great Gull. Our host, Gerard, was very responsive. I felt confident that if there were any issues, they would have been addressed. Thank you!

Cheerful Historic 3 BR Townhouse - Downtown Mystic was the perfect destination for a long weekend in Mystic. The home is perfectly located just 5-10 minutes from the bustling downtown area. The property was clean, organized and fully equipped. Our incredible host Gerard was accommodating, attentive, and thoughtful. He regularly checked in, bit was not intrusive at all. There was plenty of room for 2 couples and 2 grown kids with ample space in the living room/kitchen and great space on the front porch and patio. Fabulous stay (again) with Great Gull Island Properties. This townhouse was in a perfect location. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants but still secluded enough for peaceful rest when needed. The space was intentionally decorated with thoughtful details. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms made us feel right at home. We enjoyed coffee on the deck as part of our morning routine. Everything you could need is here. We also love that this home was able to accommodate our senior dog. All of us (Atticus included) love Great Gull and especially this stay at their historic townhome!

We had a great stay! Gerard was very responsive and provided all the information and amenities we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable and ample towels were provided. It was great having access to a washer and dryer too. Kitchen was well stocked. The only issue we had was a smoke detector chirping low battery in the middle of the night. I'd recommend checking all the detectors to update batteries. Otherwise, a wonderful and comfortable stay! Thank you!
