This Historic Riverside house has just been renovated, in keeping with a classic, coastal New England feel. It is well equipped with modern amenities (Wi-Fi, Alexa Concierge, etc.) and has a lovely cottage with two loft style beds.

Just a quick walk from the Seaport, and our Historic Downtown, this classic home offers beautiful river views and easy access to all things Mystic. Plenty of parking and potential for a fabulous New England getaway.

The space

Sure, we’re biased. But this house has the best of both worlds: sunlit indoor room to spread out and breathe; to cook and commingle with family and friends, plus outdoor space for entertaining, reading, or just lying around.

We also have an additional guest cottage onsite, which is the perfect place to put the younger lovers, introverted teenagers, or the in-laws. With a cute common area and two lofted beds, it makes for a remarkably convenient addition to the already hearty house.

Our location is incredibly well-suited to the quintessential Mystic experience. The river is a few steps from our house and quite kayak friendly (yes, we have boats). The famed Mystic Seaport area is a 5 minute walk (right next door). They also have boats, as you probably know. Then there’s the aquarium, the diner, and a handful of lesser known things to see, do, eat, and drink.

Getting around

We have onsite parking for a few cars. Getting around is easy, by foot, bike, kayak, car, or uber.
